Saint Tropez Naithon: presales open, official launch in October 2026
The developer has released the first 64 units at presale prices from ฿105,000 per m². The showroom at Naithon is ready and the official launch is scheduled for October 2026.
Phuvista Condominium Co., Ltd. has opened presales for Saint Tropez Naithon, the condominium that won Best Condominium Development Design Phuket at the Dot Property Thailand Awards 2025.
What is on sale now
The current price list (30 August 2026) covers 64 apartments on floors 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7: studios of 30.62 to 37.42 m², one two-bedroom corner unit of 66.15 m² and two-bedroom apartments from 49.85 to 67.50 m². Prices start at ฿3,215,100 for a first-floor studio and rise floor by floor, from ฿105,000 to ฿125,000 per m².
Presale conditions
- Booking fee ฿200,000 per unit, contract within 30 days.
- 30% on contract, then 20% at foundation, 20% at structure, 20% at interior stage and 10% at transfer.
- Cashback of 7% per year, fixed for two years, for buyers who pay 100% within 30 days.
- Freehold available to foreign buyers for ฿5,000 per m² on top of the leasehold price.
Timeline
Construction is planned to start in early 2027 with completion in Q4 2028. The sales office and showroom at the Sea Heaven estate are ready; visits are by appointment.
