From JSP Property to Bestart Heaven
The Manothamraksa family founded JSP Property, one of Thailand's largest developers, with more than 50 projects across the country since 1990. After JSP merged with SENA Development in 2021-2022, the second generation registered Bestart Heaven Co., Ltd. to build resort property in southern Thailand, starting with the Sea Heaven master plan at Naithon.
