Who processes your data

What we collect

When you send a request we receive the data you enter: phone number, preferred messenger, and any message you add. Automatically we record the page you sent the request from, the referring site and campaign tags, your approximate country by IP address, and the time of the request.

Why we use it

To answer your request: send the price list and floor plans, arrange a call, a showroom visit or an online presentation, and follow up on your enquiry about the project. We do not use your data for unrelated mailings without your separate consent.

Legal basis

Your consent given when you tick the box under the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a request you initiated. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Who receives the data

Sales managers of Sunthai Property and, when a reservation is made, the developer. Data is stored in our customer relationship system. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

Retention

Request data is kept while your enquiry is active and for up to three years afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law or a contract is signed.

Cookies and analytics

We use Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. They set cookies and may record anonymised session data. You can block cookies in your browser; the site keeps working. The currency you choose is stored locally in your browser only.

Your rights
