Sea Heaven, Naithon
Sea Heaven is a resort estate on the northwest coast of Phuket, built in phases by Bestart Heaven since the first buildings opened in 2023. Saint Tropez Naithon stands right next to it, 700 metres from Naithon Beach.
Who builds it
Sea Heaven is built by Bestart Heaven, the company of the Manothamraksa family. The family has more than 50 projects in Thailand since 1990 and five Dot Property awards in the last three years.
Saint Tropez Naithon is built next door by Phuvista Condominium Co., Ltd. on its own land, for the same owner.

Where Saint Tropez Naithon sits
Saint Tropez Naithon occupies the higher ground of the estate, above the first line. From there the walk to Naithon Beach is about 700 metres, the airport is 15 minutes by car and Pullman Phuket Arcadia is two. The bay itself runs 1.4 kilometres and is protected by Sirinat National Park, which is why the coastline here stays low-rise.
